Before Updating the details pertaining to the Registration numbers,, applicants are advised to go through the Instructions given in the website along with the Notification. 

 

·        How to Verify the Registered details Online?

 

Ø  Keying in your Registration Number will fetch you the details you have provided us in the application already submitted as per the older notification and the Payment details of  Registration Fee/ Initial Deposit made by you .

Ø  Verify the details and fill in the missing mandatory fields in the application form. Also Upload the required soft copies of the documents supporting to claiming of reservation, affidavit , photo and signature.

Ø  High quality image of your photograph along with your signature signed legibly in black ball point pen(in .jpeg format) as shown below.

                                                                                                                                                                                  

 

Ø   Mandatory: PDF/JPEG files of supporting documents (Eligibility & Category Certificates) (max file size: per file 0.5 MB; see more details below in section ‘Supporting documents’)

Ø  After filling all the necessary data and uploading of supporting documents. Once saved and successfully submitted, the data entered are updated against your Registration Number. The same is also mailed to your registered e-mail.

Ø  Once you finally submit the application, no further changes to the application can be made by the applicant.

Ø  The applicant can preview the filled Application and can download the application for his reference.

Ø  You will have to select one of the two payment option e-payment / Manual payment (details given below) after updating the Online Application form.

Ø  The applicants shall cross verify the payment already made and make only the difference payment  as per the notification.

Ø  Applicants who have selected Online Payment option will follow the instructions given below for Online Netbanking using the Make Payment Section and complete payment process. Those who have selected Manual Payment option will directly proceed to the next step.

 

 Those applicants who select “Manual Payment”, have to click on “Download Challan for payment” and take 3 copies of this challan as shown below and make the payment.

·         1 - Applicant copy

·         1 - Bank copy

·         1 - KHB copy to be submitted by the applicant in person.

 

 

·        Supporting Documents

Please read the following section carefully to find the supporting documents required. Supporting documents needs to be scanned and uploaded. Please make sure that the max file size permitted per file is 0.5 MB. For scanning the documents please use the following settings ,

Ø  Resolution: 200 dpi

Ø  Color mode: 256 colors (all scanners support this, and gives the minimum size at a given resolution)

Ø  File format: PDF or JPEG

 

·        Eligibility Documents to be Uploaded Mandatorily

 

Ø  Necessary supporting documents can be found here and uploaded accordingly as per the reservation selected.

Ø  SC/ST Certificate

Ø  Physically Handicapped Certificate

Ø  Senior Citizen Certificate

Ø  Defence/Ex-Servicemen Certificate

Ø  Central/State Govt Employees Certificate

Ø  Affidavit for not owning any site/house allotted from any Govt Authority.

 

 Payment Options

 

·        Online Netbanking Payment Details

 

Ø  After selecting the e-payment option, you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway through which the payment can be processed.

Ø  You will have to login with your bank’s NetBanking (or Internet Banking) user ID and password.

Ø  The fee amount and bank charges will be shown to you, and you have to confirm  the payment.

Ø  Once you confirm, you will be redirected back to the KHB Online Application Interface.

Ø  If you have some difficulty (due to internet connection or power failure), and you are not sure if you have made the payment, You can also check the status in your bank or mail to helpline@karnatakahousing.com.

Ø  In case the fee amount has been debited from your bank account but not reached KHB, then the money will be credited back to your account within five working days.

Ø  In such a case, you may initiate a fresh payment from the KHB Online Interface, even without waiting for the money to be credited back to your account, so that your application is submitted to KHB on time.  You may also switch to offline Challan payments if need be.

Ø  The amount can also be transferred through NEFT/RTGS by making use of the form available in the Payment through NEFT/RTGS Option.

 

·        Offline Challan Payment Details :

 

Ø  If you had chosen offline payment while filling in the form, you will be provided with a dropdown for selecting the bank for payment, after selecting the BANK from the dropdown, the challan can be downloaded with your details of payment to be made filled in. You have to take 3 copies of the same, print it out on an A4 paper, and have to fill in a few more details such as DD/PO and depositor’s signature.

Ø  You may take the challan to any branch of the opted bank i.e Corporation Bank/Axis Bank / IndusInd Bank .

Ø  The bank teller will verify the details printed on the challan with the data available at the bank and then accept the payment.

Ø  The bank will retain one copy of the challan and give you back the remaining 2 copies: one of which needs to be submitted to KHB by you in person and the other is for your reference.

 

 

Fresh Applicants – Ilavala, Mysore
